The Uniform Shop is operated by the Parent Teachers Association, not the school’s office. These are parents of the school who take time off their own busy schedule to come in once a week to fulfil orders sent in via the office. If orders come in after their visit, it will be placed in a folder and processed the following week. This also goes for any exchanges.
If you need to exchange any new orders this must be done within two weeks of purchase. Clothes must not be laundered and in the original packaging if possible. Please send in the uniform to be exchanged in a plastic bag with a note that clearly states the child’s full name, class and your request. Completed orders and exchanges will be sent home in the children’s school bag.
There is no one in the shop during the week. Please ensure that All NEW orders are placed in a fully labelled envelope containing the order form and cash/cheque. Cheques are payable to ST. ANDREW’S SCHOOL PTA.
The order forms are on the website or can be collected from the office. If you wish for your child to try on please note that this is done on a Saturday only. The shop opens THE FIRST SATURDAY of each month and a reminder email will be sent. On a Saturday the shop will accept cash, cheque or linx. We hope this has been helpful and there will be a smooth flow of uniform requests.
