AV Room

Within the AV Room there are fourteen flat screen Mac computers and headphones where the students learn Spanish using the Rosetta Stone Programme. The students, who are supervised by their class teacher, are assigned to an individual computer and have their own personal account to monitor their progress as they complete the levels on the Rosetta Stone program.

This allows each student the opportunity to progress at his or her own pace in an air-conditioned and well-supervised conditions environment.

Also within the AV Room are a Smart Board and Flat Screen TV. This part of the room can be separated from the Rosetta Stone computers by a sound proof accordion door. This half of the AV Room allows teachers the opportunity to teach some of their lessons using technology and having he Internet at their fingertips. It generally gives the students a chance to interact and share more effectively with their classmates.
